What You Should Have:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience designing sophisticated yet friendly digital experiences
• Experiencia y passion for UX research
• Advanced proficiency in Figma y experience building a design system
• Experiencia collaborating closely with product managers y engineers
• Experiencia / proclivity to manage design projects
• Comfort with unknowns, ownership over projects, y ability to adapt to dynamic project environments
• Professional SaaS startup experience
