As our Marketing Manager you are responsible for successfully managing our global marketing activities. In this role, you get the opportunity to further develop our marketing strategy y with that, have a significant impact on the future growth y development of our business. You manage, coach y inspire the marketing team to connect y work together y contribute in the execution of activities with your experience. You ensure that the marketing vision, agenda y activities are visible within the rest of the organization as well. You report to the Commercial Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, International Business or related field;
• 5-10 years of experience with service marketing y online marketing in a B2B environment;
• Knows what it is to lead y inspire a team;
• Affinity with the dynamics of an international working environment;
• Collaborative y connecting people manager;
• Strong vision y ability to inspire others to follow that vision;
• Creative y entrepreneurial in thinking;
• Pragmatic y action-oriented in execution;
• Fluent in Dutch y English;
• Availability for at least 32h per week;
• Ability to work from the Arnhem office at least a few days per week.
